A weekend with " Hello" Design Team work for Couture Creations.

Hello and welcome . 

I am just popping in this morning to share with you a simple card that I whipped up in a jiffy for the Couture Creations blog .I based this card on both of the paper releases from Couture Creations  Vintage Rose Garden  and Hearts Ease .

Let me show you how in a few simple steps this card can be made. 

I firstly used the new white flower Cottage Pollen Flower with my Heidi Swapp colour shine in Coral. It is such a pretty colour and that is what I based the rest of the card around. 

I then decided to team the Fleur- de Frame nesting die with the Pansy Tags patterned paper from the Hearts Ease collection - Pansy Tags. But I liked the softer look of the B side and thought it would match perfectly with the Vintage Rose Garden collection. 

I then used the die piece as a guide to how wide I would create the card. Using my Couture Creations trimmer it was easy to measure out the length of the card and score in the fold . 

Then using the awesome precision glue pen I was able to neatly adhere down the die , even on the fine and intricate parts of the die cut. 

Then to add a little shimmer and sparkle to the card I outlined the die cut with some of the Crystalina glitter glue from the Glitzin' Glamour range.

I then rummaged through my stash and added some twine and muslin to help create the soft and feminine look.
